WildFlower Pet Services continues to provide home-based grooming in Benton, KY with limited availability.
Pet sitting and dog walking are available most times just reach out to schedule a time that works best for you!
Flexible hours mean I can offer more options to fit your busy schedule. Early booking is recommended to secure your preferred appointment.

Welcome to WildFlower Pet Services LLC! By booking a service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies ensure the safety, comfort, and quality of care for your pet and peace of mind for you.


1. Booking & Meet-and-Greet Policy


All pet sitting services require a complimentary Meet & Greet before your first booking.


Meet & Greets must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.


If booking services with Gabby (Junior Pet Specialist), the Meet & Greet must include both Gabby and Bri.


2. One-on-One Care


We provide personalized, one-family-at-a-time care. Pets are never grouped with pets from other households unless agreed upon in writing.


3. Late Policy


Arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice may result in forfeiture of your time slot and full charges.


For in-home services, we allow a 10-minute entry window. If we cannot access your pet, the service may be canceled and still charged.


4. Payment Terms


Payment is due prior to or at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged.


Accepted forms of payment:

✍️ Checks (returned checks may incur a fee)

💵 Cash (with prior approval)


5. Client Responsibilities


Pets must be up-to-date on vaccines, non-contagious, and any medical or behavioral concerns disclosed in advance.


We will not provide services to pets or households that present safety risks.


6. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service


We reserve the right to refuse or stop service at any time for reasons related to safety, compliance, or disrespectful conduct.


7. Services by Gabby (Junior Pet Specialist)


Gabby may provide services such as basic baths, walks, and pet sitting under Bri’s supervision.


First-time bookings with Gabby must include a joint Meet & Greet with both Gabby and Bri.


For concerns or feedback, please contact Bri directly.


8. Emergency Procedures


In case of emergency, we will attempt to contact you. If unreachable, we may seek care through your designated veterinarian or local emergency clinic.


All associated veterinary costs are the client’s responsibility.


9. Grooming & Health Risk Acknowledgment


Grooming involves tools, dryers, and products that carry risks such as minor cuts, irritation, or stress.


We use gentle, low-stress handling and may stop service if your pet’s well-being is at risk.


10. Media Use (Optional)


Photos/videos may be taken for social media and promotions.


Please provide written notice if you do not want your pet’s image used.


11. Cancellation & Refund Policy


Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.


No-shows or late cancellations may be charged 50–100% of the service fee, at Bri’s discretion.


Prepaid services are non-refundable but transferable within 30 days.


12. Inclement Weather Policy


For severe weather (snow, storms, ice), services may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled for safety.


Clients will be contacted directly to arrange alternatives.


13. Keys & Home Access


Clients must provide safe, secure access to their home.


We are not responsible for faulty locks, alarms, or unnotified guests.


A $10 key pickup/return fee may apply if not handled at the Meet & Greet.


14. Holiday Policy & Surcharge


Major holiday bookings may include a $10–$20 surcharge.


Holiday cancellations require 72-hour notice to avoid full charges.


15. Return Visit Policy


If we cannot access your pet and must return later, a $10 return visit fee may apply.


16. Medication Disclosure


All medications and instructions must be accurately disclosed.


We are not responsible for adverse reactions unless caused by our error in administering properly labeled medication.


17. Client Satisfaction & Communication


Please notify Bri within 24 hours if you have any concerns about your service.


Feedback is always welcome we strive to continuously improve.


18. Discounts & Promotions


WildFlower Pet Services may offer discounts or promotional pricing, including the Wellness Grooming Program.


Discounts may be applied to grooming services, add-ons, and pet care services at Bri’s discretion.


Discounts may not be combined with other offers.


Prices and discounts are subject to change at any time.
